If you find a competitor brand's product that matches ours like-for-like in quality, specification, and availability, and it's in stock, here's what we aim to do:

• We'll aim to beat it — by up to 5%, wherever we're able to
• Can't beat it? We'll match it — so you're not paying more
• Not a fit? We'll offer our most competitive price for the best overall solution

For example, on a $10,000 order, that could mean up to $500 in savings, depending on the comparison. (Example only — actual savings depend on the specific quote and are confirmed at the time of assessment.)

Send or show us the competitor's quote — a link, formal quote, or screenshot with the product, specs, price, and stock availability clearly shown. Claims are verified against the criteria above before any price adjustment is confirmed.

A: No. We only compare against genuine competitor brands selling their own products — not third-party resellers, grey importers, or anyone flipping our items.

Q: What do you check to confirm "like-for-like"?

Q: How much will you beat the price by?
A: Up to 5% where we're able to — for example, up to $500 on a $10,000 order. Where we can't beat it, we'll match it. Where neither applies, we'll offer our most competitive price for the best overall outcome. Actual savings depend on the individual comparison.

Q: What if the competitor has it on backorder or limited stock?
A: Then it doesn't qualify. The product must be in stock and available now — not "expected soon."

Q: How fast do you process a price match?
A: Usually within minutes, once we've verified the quote.

Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can price match?
A: No. Single items or project quantities are assessed the same way.
