The Builders Guard™ Galvanised Trench Box Drain is the site-flexible drainage solution for residential driveways, pathways, and light commercial projects. Supplied in standard lengths that cut and join on site, it eliminates the guesswork of exact measurements before the pour. The traditional pattern delivers high flow capacity for Australian storm events, while the bolt-down design locks the grate securely to the box channel - no movement as vehicles drive over it, no removal without an Allen key. Available in two profiles: 150mm wide x 125mm deep (1, 2, and 3-metre lengths) and 200mm wide x 170mm deep (2 and 3-metre lengths), both rated Class B to AS 3996:2019 for residential and light commercial driveways. End caps, joiners, and outlets are sold separately, and the base has no pre-cut outlet position - cut wherever your fall requires. Accessories Available to suit:

• Hex Head Screws - Packet of 25 screws to assist with installing accessories onto the box drain
• Hex Head Screw Bit - Screw bit to suit our hex head screws to assist with the installation of the screws
• Concreting Tape - Available in 150mm wide x 15m long to be used on the top of the box drain prior to pouring of concrete, allows for less damage and easy clean up after a concrete pour. May need to be doubled up on wider drains. Recommended to be removed 48 hours after installation. 
• Galvanised Strainer - 80mm Galvanised Strainer with a 90mm flange designed to sit inside our 90mm Outlets to collect any additional debris that makes it past your grate without blocking your pipe. 
• Box Ties - Our concrete box tie screws into the side of the box drain and holds it in place before the pour. You can either tie it to the reinforcing steel with tie wire or put a peg through the hole to anchor it. Once the concrete is poured, the tie stays in as a permanent connection between the drain and the slab. We recommend 2 ties per metre, one on each side of the box drain.
• End Caps - These are easily screwed onto each end of the box drain to be used to cap off the end of the drain
• Joiners - These are easily installed using screws, U shaped and join the bases of 2 lengths together to allow ease of creating longer lengths
• Base Outlets - Available in multiple sizes depending on the profile selected, screwed easily onto the base of the drain to more easily connect to the pipe system beneath the drain
• End Cap Outlets - These are easily screwed onto each end of the box drain to be used to cap off the end of the drain whilst also connecting to your pipe
• 90 Degree Joiners - Available to join 2 lengths together on a 90 degree angle
