The BudaPave fully hot dip galvanised box drain is a new product designed in house to meet market demands of a fully functional box drain for your driveway that is almost completely hidden in amongst a beautifully paved/tiled or concreted driveway. 

This box drain is 200mm wide x 200mm deep. 

Class B Load Rated and compliant with AS 3996:2019, BudaPave Tile Insert drains are suitable for pedestrian areas and residential driveways.

They have 1 x bolt down mechanism per 1m length. 

Insert is 35mm deep which allows up to30mm thick paver/tile and recommend to use flexible adhesive glue to install the paver/tile.

Accessories available to suit:

• Hex Head Screws - Packet of 25 screws to assist with installing accessories onto the box drain
• Hex Head Screw Bit - Screw bit to suit our hex head screws to assist with the installation of the screws
• Concreting Tape - Available in 150mm wide x 15m long to be used on the top of the box drain prior to pouring of concrete, allows for less damage and easy clean up after a concrete pour. May need to be doubled up on wider drains. Recommended to be removed 48 hours after installation. 
• Galvanised Strainer - 80mm Galvanised Strainer with a 90mm flange designed to sit inside our 90mm Outlets to collect any additional debris that makes it past your grate without blocking your pipe. 
• Box Ties - Our concrete box tie screws into the side of the box drain and holds it in place before the pour. You can either tie it to the reinforcing steel with tie wire or put a peg through the hole to anchor it. Once the concrete is poured, the tie stays in as a permanent connection between the drain and the slab. We recommend 2 ties per metre, one on each side of the box drain.
• End Caps - These are easily screwed onto each end of the box drain to be used to cap off the end of the drain
• Joiners - These are easily installed using screws, U shaped and join the bases of 2 lengths together to allow ease of creating longer lengths
• Base Outlets - Available in multiple sizes, screwed easily onto the base of the drain to more easily connect to the pipe system beneath the drain

Simple Steps to Install Box Grate:

• Attach the end caps with screws.
• Drill the bottom to fit the outlet and secure with screws.
• Set the drain above the pipe ready for concrete pour around the grate.
• Pour concrete!
