Introducing our latest addition to the galvanized grates range: the Class D Heavy Duty Galvanized Grate and Frame. Designed for ultimate versatility, it’s the perfect drop-in solution that can be easily cut on-site to meet your specific project requirements. This product allows you to modify the depth of the channel by forming the channel up out of concrete as deep or shallow as you require.

These are fully hot dip galvanised and bolted down to the frame. 

Please note: grates are all in 740mm pieces, bolted down to the frame and have buda.com.au tagging on each grate. Grates can be removed using an allen key. 

The grate is pedestrian and heelsafe* with 10mm gap between bars (*nominal 10mm gap - subject to manufacturing tolerances). 

Suitable for heavy traffic including pedestrians, cars, trucks and heavy trucks, suitable for use in industrial and commercial driveway applications.

It is suitable for use in exterior applications. Some examples include driveways, walkways or garden areas.

This product is sold as Class D, suitable for pedestrians, cars and trucks. It is typically used in driveways including commercial and industrial areas.

Most of our products can be delivered Australia wide via courier or Ute/Truck Delivery.

Ute/Truck Deliveries:
Ute/Truck delivery option is the fastest delivery option available - if you are within Sydney Metro and you order before 12pm, this will be delivered the next business day.

Please note that truck deliveries with a hiab are only able to lift material off the truck and into the boundary of your front or back yard, we cannot guarantee an exact location or for the material to be lifted above ground floor (first floor or above) due to various factors.

Courier Deliveries:
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if received before 12pm AEST.

Some products have express delivery available depending on courier capabilities, please add the product to cart to see if express is available in your area.
Sydney Metro - 1-2 business days
Melbourne - 2-3 business days
Brisbane - 2-5 business days

Generally most courier deliveries in non regional areas are completed within 3-5 days. Rural deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.

Due to the nature of some of these items being long and/or bulky, depending on the weight and size of your order we will chose a courier that can deliver to you or as close as we can get it to you. In cases some cases where we cannot deliver to your home address due to the weight or size of your order, we may request a business address with a forklift on site or if you can pick up from a local depot near you.
