Door lintels are the horizontal supports that carry the brickwork load above a doorway, ensuring the frame isn't crushed or distorted over time. At Vincent Buda and Company, we provide a variety of door lintels in R3 Galvanised Steel and Pre-cast Concrete, ensuring we have the right solution for every wall type. Our steel lintels are hot-dip galvanised to ensure they never rust or cause unsightly "staining" above your entries. Since 1957, we’ve provided builders and owner-builders with doorway solutions that are easy to install on a mortar bed. Whether you are installing a front door or a wide sliding patio door, we have the stock to get it done. Vincent Buda and Company offers same day or next day delivery within Sydney Metro on all door-specific lintels.

Four Primary Applications for Door Lintels:

Main Entry Doors: Supporting external face brickwork over front door entries.
Internal Brick Walls: Using lightweight angles or concrete lintels for room-to-room openings.
Sliding Patio Doors: Providing heavy-duty lintels for wide-span glass door transitions.
Fire-Rated Entries: Using concrete lintels for natural fire resistance in internal walls.

    Why choose our Door Lintels?

Life-Long Finish: Hot-dip galvanised (R3) steel that will never rust or expansion-crack.
Concrete & Steel Options: Choice of materials to suit both face brick and rendered finishes.
Easy to Handle: Standard lengths are lightweight enough for easy on-site positioning.
Fast Delivery: We ship orders out the same day or next day within the Sydney Metro to keep your job moving.
