Engineered to sit within mortar joints, this barrier prevents ground moisture from rising up through your brickwork, protecting your walls from moisture, salt damp and structural decay.

Fully compliant with AS 2904-1986, this is the industry standard for residential and commercial masonry.

It prevents "slip" in the wall. Without the raised pattern, the mortar cannot "key" into the plastic. On a windy site or under structural load, a smooth DPC can allow the bricks to shift. Our embossed DPC is the professional standard for a safe, stable build.

No, it is strictly for masonry. Plastic DPC is not UV-stabilized for exposed roof work. For roofing, Vincent Buda and Company recommends our Alcor Aluminium, Finio or Wakaflex ranges.

A minimum of 150mm overlap is required. This ensures that moisture cannot track through the join. For an impenetrable seal, we recommend using a specialized DPC tape at the junctions.

We carry 110mm, 230mm, 300mm, and 380mm. We have every width needed for standard Australian brick and block work, available with same day or next day delivery within the Sydney Metro.
