Product Description
Our 1-hour fire rated doors (Mini-Core) are manufactured and tested in accordance with Australian Standard AS1530.4-2005, providing up to 60 minutes of fire resistance when installed as part of a compliant fire door assembly.
These doors are commonly specified in apartments, commercial buildings, service corridors, and fire-isolated areas where building codes require certified fire protection.
Fire doors only achieve their full Fire Resistance Level (FRL) when installed as a complete fire door assembly, including a compatible fire-rated frame, approved hardware, and correct installation in accordance with AS1905.1.
Standard sizes are available from stock, allowing same-day or next-day delivery across Sydney Metro to support commercial projects and apartment developments.
Please note this product is supplied as the door leaf only.
Fire certification tags and documentation are supplied separately and are available on request for an additional charge, provided the door assembly has been installed in accordance with Australian Standards.

Tags can be issued after completing a short compliance questionnaire confirming the door assembly has been installed in accordance with Australian Standards, including AS1905.1.
These tags allow building inspectors and certifiers to verify that the door assembly meets the required Fire Resistance Level (FRL).
Only minimal trimming is permitted.
Fire doors have strict trimming allowances, typically around 3mm per edge, depending on the manufacturer’s specification.
Cutting beyond this limit can damage the internal fire-resistant core or edge strips, which will void the fire rating and certification.
For non-standard openings, it is always recommended to order the correct door size or request a custom door.
Fire-rated steel or stainless steel hinges must be used.
Standard hinges made from aluminium or plastic-bushed components are not suitable for fire door installations, as they can fail under extreme heat.
For compliant installation, use heavy-duty ball-bearing fire-rated hinges that have been tested for fire door applications.
