Our temporary handrails are available in large quantities and are ideal for use on job sites. This off the shelf solution provides fall protection allowing you to create a temporary barrier where required.
The base of each post has an angle bracket making it easier for them to be bolted into position. Only requiring some timbers 90 x 45 to slot into the top 2 angles to create sturdy barrier on site.
These temporary handrails are easy to install and are a fast off the shelf solution which are readily available. They are fully hot dip galvanised and can be easily used time and time again.
These temporary handrails are load tested to AS 1657 “Fixed Platforms, Walkways, Stairways and Ladders – Design Construction and Installation” 2018 appendix B. They passed the test using 12mm anchor screws fixed to a concrete base, set 1500mm apart using 2 pieces of 90*45 F7 grade timber fixed with nails. For more information please contact our office.

A builder, carpenter, or labourer can install the system quickly on-site. The posts feature base plates that are simply bolted to the slab, with timber rails sliding into place to create the safety barrier.
As with all fall protection systems, installation should still comply with the site safety plan and relevant Australian Standards.
Yes. All components are hot-dip galvanised.
